Beam Load cells for On-Board weighing systems



With overload and shock load protection of up to 1000% of rated full scale capacity,  these load cells don't require the fancy mounting hardware other technologies do.

 On-board weighing has always been interesting for trucking companies.  Load balancing, protection against overload, maximum loading to reduce trip cycles all make on-board weighing a processing dream.  Unfortunately, until now you had either low accuracy hydraulic transducers, that kind of gave you a weight, or strain gage sensors that were suseptible to damage from shock and loading abuse.  With capacitiance load cells both problems are resolved.  With over 1000+ installations throughout Europe, this is a proven, effective answer to weigh control on the fly.
